Is anyone else noticing that the QB's online advanced search option is not working and hasn't for the last week?

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community. I hope your day is going great so far. 

 

 I took at look into our investigations from the back end, and there's an old investigation related to this concern regarding the advanced search tab that has already closed. You may try to use the feature through a private window. Utilizing the private window would help avoid discrepancies related to your browser's cache. 

 

Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time these files become outdated and corrupted, causing issues like the one with your advanced search not working.

 

Please refer to these keyboard shortcuts for applicable browsers:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Shift + Ctrl + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
     

Once it works, you can proceed to your regular browser and start clearing its cache to avoid any unexpected behavior. Please use this article as your guide: Clear cache and cookies in QuickBooks Online.
