After September 30 Desktop seats

As long as your version is supported, you can still purchase additional seats after September. They will only refuse to process new licenses. This means that if you have QB Desktop Pro Plus for 3 users and need additional seats, you can't switch to Premier Plus. You must upgrade to Enterprise.

Please know that after September 30, Intuit will no longer sell QBDT Pro Plus, Premier Plus, Mac Plus, and Desktop Enhanced Payroll to new US customers. For existing subscribers, they can continue to renew their company subscriptions and utilize the program.

Also, you'll want to ensure that the program you're currently using can accommodate new users if you want to hire a new bookkeeper or add another seat to your subscription. If you're using QBDT Premier, you can add up to 5 users, and if you're using the Pro version of QuickBooks, you can only include up to 3 users in your company file.
