AI is sending out payment reminders. It sounds like I'm reprimanding my customers. This is very embarrassing and there's no real help - Quickbooks keeps taking my money

Product is terrible - Charges Charges and Charges but no realy help

Your experience on our program is important to us, and I understand how this situation affects your business, tvfam. Since the option to turn off AI-generated payment reminders is currently unavailable, I encourage you to submit feedback.
 

Sending this request straight to our product engineers will help better understand user needs and preferences to enhance customer experience.
 

Here's how:
 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
  2. Type in your concerns/suggestions about the AI system.
  3. Then, submit your request
     

Regarding the charges, I recommend contacting our Live Support Team for assistance.
 

Here are the steps to get in touch:
 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click on the Help (?) icon.
  3. Start by going to the Assistant tab and entering your question or topic or use the Search tab, enter a keyword or topic, and click on the Contact Us button.
     

Please note that support for Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start subscribers is available Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and on Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. Advanced subscribers have access to support 24/7.

Quickbooks only cares about collecting as much money as they can.  No real help - Just from people like me, that are at their computers - trying to help, but not very much help.  As far as the money goes, I have wasted enough time talking to people that have the only answer which is, here is your money back and cancel your account.  I cannot do that, and I feel stuck with your product - 

 

Your monthly charges which went up without notice - Your credit card charges and charges for credit card equipment which make you more money - Credit card equipment which breaks and you have to buy more -

 

Apps which don't work - ie. Try looking at today's activity on the app - I worked at one time but not anymore - If we try to get help, It is a wasted day worth of someone on the phone -
