All I joined Quickbooks for was to keep track of my personal expenses and income. I think this program maybe too advance for me.

I appreciate your attempt to use QuickBooks to track your expenses and earnings. Know that QuickBooks isn't for use on personal tracking. But, we used it to monitor a company's cash flow.

You can, however, track and manage your funds with MINT, a different INTUIT software product.
