All invoices are showing as overdue in Tasks

The task window is showing all open invoices as Overdue when actually there are no overdue invoices. Accounts receivable is correct, only the task window is showing this. How can I fix this?

    The Overdue in task window should not appear without overdue invoices. Since you mentioned that all of your accounts receivable are correct, let's proceed with the available troubleshooting steps to fix this.

     

    You can sign in to your QBO account in an incognito or private browser to see if the Overdue still appears in the task window. You can use these shortcut keys to access a private window:

     

    • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘+Shift+N
    • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
    • Safari: Command+Shift+N

     

    If the Overdue label doesn't show up in a private window, clearing your browser's cache might fix the issue, as it resets the program to its original settings. Browsers store cache to load pages faster, but over time, this can get outdated and lead to problems.     Alternatively, you can use other supported web browsers to access QBO. Please refer to this article for more information: QuickBooks Online supported browsers.

    Hello -

    Trying a private browser and clearing the cache did not correct the problem.  I did notice however, today when I actually HAD an overdue invoice, it changed to 1 in the task window.  But then when that was taken care of, it went back to saying all open invoices were overdue again.
