All invoices disappeared !!!

I just logged in and all my invoices have disappeared. Even the new ones I create don't show up.

Since I see no other place to reach out to customer support or report a bug, I am reporting it here. 

This should be fixed ASAP as I imagine a lot of QB users are affected like myself.

I’ve done that already and chat not working. Really frustrating to not have any support help. Are you saying that software all around is having an issue?

This is horrible! I had to re-create a bunch of invoices and find clients data to send out a few that were urgent. All my history is wiped too.

As mentioned above, the issue of several invoices being disappeared in your QuickBooks has been recently tagged as an ongoing issue. Our product engineers are now working to fix this as soon as possible. 

 

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed Support Team to ensure you are added to the list of affected users. This will allow our engineers to determine the number of affected users and to receive updates through email once the issue is resolved. Also, please note that they're only open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday and Saturday, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.

All my invoices disappeared on my desktop devices but I can see them on my phone

Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community, rwclax13-aol. As stated above, the problem about all invoices have been disappeared in your QuickBooks is recently tagged as an ongoing issue. Let me route you to the right support team to assist you further on this matter. 

 

Please know that our product engineers are now working to fix the said issue as soon as possible. For now, accessing your QBSE account through the mobile app and viewing all invoices from there is the only workaround you can perform.

 

Furthermore, I suggest contacting our QBSE Support Team so they can add you to our notification list. This will help our engineers determine the number of affected users. You'll also receive updates through email once the issue is resolved.

We are having the same issue.  All my invoices are gone.  No support on the weekend.  This is causing major problems.

This happened to me as well. First I noticed a few days ago that my invoice template was erased when I went to draft several invoices. Because it was a weekday, I did not have time to reconstruct it in what seemed to be a new backend invoicing template implemented by QB at some point in the past few weeks. Trying to catch up on this admin work on the weekend and I find the problem has become catastrophically worse with the erasure of all invoices and of course no way to get support help.

Im having the same issue here! I send out over 200 invoices a month and this is how I track payments coming in. Really wish customer support was available on the weekends.
