All of my personalized shortcuts have disappeared and have been replaced with the standard shortcuts. Is there any way to get these back?

Yes, there is, @HR24. Let me provide the steps to locate it within the QuickBooks Online (QBO) program.

You can go to the Dashboard menu to see your chosen shortcuts. I'll show you how:

1. From your QBO account, please navigate to the Dashboards menu (Take me there).
2. Locate the Shortcuts widget.
3. Select Show all to see the available shortcuts, or tap the pencil icon to change it accordingly. You can only choose up to 5 favorites.
   

If you still don't see the widget, you may have hidden it in your dashboard. Simply click Customize layout and select Add or remove widgets. Place a checkmark beside Shortcuts and hit Save.
