I say this is a terrible company. I can prove this, i.e no support or terrible support, a featureless platform that is falsely advertised, a broken platform that does not work and non stop issues and problems. I say this and I get silenced and removed from this community. How is this not proof? Instead of seeing how i am acting why not take the second to understand why i am reacting the way I am and maybe show me this can be a good company and assist me, not silence me and give me the boot.

adding a bank does not work
transaction dont work
payees dont work
invoices dont work
collecting payments does not work
i thought quickbooks made taxes easier but that is wrong
still no idea how to view how much i made for a single month
no retract a invoice
no autosave or drafts on invoices
the products and services needs an overhaul
the entire expenses section is to be worked on, I mean not able to see expenses for the year absurd, it is a all time total

I understand how challenging this is for you. Please know that this isn't the kind of service we want you to experience. Let me help you fix your QuickBooks Online (QBO) one by one.

 

Before anything else, I'd like to know what financial institution you're utilizing and if there's an exact error you encountered while connecting to your bank.

 

Also, I'll provide here the possible reasons why you're unable to connect your bank to QBO: 

 

  • The bank may not be a participating institution with QuickBooks Online.
  • Your bank might not support connection for all types of accounts, such as personal accounts versus business accounts.
  • The bank could be undergoing system maintenance, temporarily affecting connectivity.
  • Some banks may have multiple names listed in our system, so it's important to ensure you select the correct one or try all possible bank URLs.

 

If you ever encounter any error messages, you may refer to this article to fix specific errors: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.

 

Moreover, I'd also want to learn more about the exact error you encountered with the situations below:

 

  • What transactions that don't work?
  • Which payee are you referring to?
  • Is there any error while utilizing your invoices?
  • Which specific payment method isn't working, and what happened?
  • Could you specify more about the issue you encountered using the Taxes tab?
  • Can you further explain what you mean by "the products and services need an overhaul'?
  • Also, I need more details about the expenses you want to view for this year.

 

Having answers to these questions would lead us to resolve your concern.

 

On top of that, you can run the Profit & Loss report if you want to view how much you made in a single month. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. In the search field, type in Profit & Loss. Then, click it.
  3. You can Customize it to a specific month.

 

At the moment, the ability to autosave or draft and retract invoices isn't available in QBO. With that in mind, I recommend submitting direct feedback to our Product Development Team, including what you want to be worked on for our entire expenses section.

So all of these things are supposed to work? I am able to add a bank without issue, or collect payments with out issue or be able to match transactions with out issue? I have been using quickbooks for years, i do not think in that time I never not had a issue or a problem. I am seriously convinced this platform is broken and quickbooks does zero to help businesses. Does not help me at all. And that thing with the reports, is wrong and what tax tab?
