Amazon app transactions error message when trying to classify

I am getting an error message when I try to "Add" Amazon purchase.  It says: We couldn't Add the transaction(s) due to "Something you're trying to use has been made inactive. Check the fields with accounts, customers, items, vendors or employees.". Check account mapping in advanced settings and try again.  The "see list"  button at the bottom of the transaction isn't working.  I can't see all the items purchased.

Currently, there's an ongoing investigation (INV-90217) regarding the error message you encounter when adding your Amazon app transactions in QuickBooks Online. Rest assured that our engineers are actively working to come up with a solution. Right now, I recommend contacting our Customer Support team. This enables them to add your account to the list of affected users. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Tap the (?) Help icon.
  2. Click on Talk to a Human.
  3. Type in a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Select I still need a human.
  5. Choose Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Select Messaging or Get a callback.


 

You'll receive email updates on the case's status and be notified once it's been resolved.
