An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later. - 4 days with that problem.

The reason for this post is because we have had this problem since 4 days ago and we cannot access customer transactions nor can we use the system normally. We have already followed the steps in the Intuit forums (clear cache, delete cookies, sign in a different browser or using a private tab ) that talk about this problem and there is no result. We are still experiencing this problem. When we try to enter the help section and get in touch, the channels appear as all closed (No availability). 


We need help ASAP.

Hello, 

 

If possible, switch to another internet connection (mobile hotspot, VPN, or another Wi-Fi network) to see if the problem is network-related, or if you haven't already, try logging in from a different computer or mobile device.

 

If you urgently need access, you might be able to log in via the QuickBooks Mobile App (if applicable to your plan) or see if another user in your account can access what you need.
