An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later. - 4 days with that problem.
The reason for this post is because we have had this problem since 4 days ago and we cannot access customer transactions nor can we use the system normally. We have already followed the steps in the Intuit forums (clear cache, delete cookies, sign in a different browser or using a private tab ) that talk about this problem and there is no result. We are still experiencing this problem. When we try to enter the help section and get in touch, the channels appear as all closed (No availability).
