Question

Anyone else having trouble creating line items in estimates on quick books mobile app? "Error saving" pops up. Been having this problem for a few weeks now.

I've checked our end here and found no reported issues related to the error you've encountered. An application's excessive data could impact the system's performance and affect some of its feature's functionality. That said, I recommend refreshing the app's data. It helps stimulate the program and resolves data-related issues. Here's how:

 

For iOS devices:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks app.
  2. Select the Settings menu and press General.
  3. Tap iPhone Storage. Then, choose the QuickBooks Online app.
  4. Pick Offload App to free up the app's data.

 

For Android devices:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks app.
  2. Go to Menu ☰ and tap More Options ⋮.
  3. Select Settings and choose Refresh Data.
  4. Confirm the action by pressing YES.

 

If the problem continues, we'll have refer to uninstall and reinstall the the program to start over fresh. Alternatively, you can also create your estimates using a supported mobile browser to get back to work.
