Question

Anyone experiencing QBO app scrolling issues? Mine freezes when I stop scrolling within an invoice and requires a save and reopen to navigate to the next task.

  2. Select iPhone Storage and QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Free up storage without deleting app data by tapping Offload App.

 

Once offloaded, you'll need to reactivate it to utilize it again. Locate and tap the app from your Home Screen to start downloading and reinstalling.

 

If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app to completely erase related data and start fresh. Also, kindly ensure you have a stable WiFi or data connection for the best experience.

After following your initial steps, offloading did not resolve the problem. I attempted to then remove and reinstall the app, but upon opening the invoice to edit, it froze yet again.
