anyone having issues to change/update sales pricing? Is QB giving an error and does not allow you to save?

You can log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private window, as it doesn't save your browsing history, cookies or data. This provide a fresh start that often resolve glitches.I've added the shortcut below:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl +Shift + P (Firefox).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).
  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N(Microsoft Edge)

Once done, try updating or changing the sales pricing again. If you're able to do so, return to your main browser and clear the cache to free up space and potentially improve your device performance. If the the problem continues, consider switching to another browser.
