Hello,

We have a company file that has been allowed to grow way beyond the recommended size limit suggested by QuickBooks. Attempts to use the QB utilities to condense the file or fix the file, it seems to be corrupted as well, have all failed. Has anyone utilized any useful 3rd party utilities or services? In particular, has anyone utilized SuperCondense?

Thank you!

I visited their website and they haven't updated it since 2022. I couldn't find their contact details either.

I would recommend running the Verify/Rebuild Data utility as a first step. If you encounter any unresolved error messages, you will not be able to run the Condense Data utility for the next step. You can purchase a third-party service to repair the your company file. Then when your company file is repaired, you can consider purchasing a third-party condense service. The condense service fee will start at $1,000. You can contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA for details. My clients purchased their services without any issues.
