App transaction will not allow me to See All

I have the Amazon Business app connected to my QuickBooks. I have an entry that has 11 lines and when I try to click the See All button, nothing happens. I have gone in and verified that I have pop-ups turned off on my computer, so that shouldn't be the issue.
