I would like to know if you have successful experiences with architectural firms that use your system for the entire project management and billing process.

    Consider having a 3rd party app for your business to integrate with QBO.

    Hello, you would require the level that includes "Projects"

    Then everything related to the project would be included

    From the Invoicing to the billable expenses.

     You would want to create a project for everything or call it overhead if not related to a project.
