Is there an easy way to print all archived forms?  I am switching from Online to Desktop and want to make sure I don't lose any of these forms.

Hello, @southhillsremodeling.

I have the simple steps on how to print your archive forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

As of now, you'll need to open the form one at a time to print them. I'm happy to walk you through the instructions.

  1. Go to the Taxes tab on the left side.
  2. Choose Payroll Tax
  3. Click the View and Print Archived Forms hyperlink under MonthlyQuarterly, and Anual Forms one at a time.
  4. Select All in the drop-down.
  5. Click the form and tap View
  6. Hit Print

I've also added some references that you might need in switching your QBO to QuickBooks Desktop.

Lastly, you can always view your tax forms and payments in your account. This way, you can track and manage your taxes.

Reach out to me again if you have other questions on your forms. I'm happy to serve you. Be safe and healthy.
