Are my vendors not able to view their 1099 without creating an account?

My vendors have received their 1099's via email and do not want to open an Intuit account - they just want to view and print their 1099s.

I respect your vendor’s preference in receiving 1099s in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @musicbypeggellc. Your vendor may find it a hassle on their end to create an account before getting access to their form.

The purpose of creating an account to view their 1099s is to let them access this securely. QuickBooks follows a process where we’ll need to invite our vendors to make an account and view their 1099s for electronically delivering 1099 forms to them. Vendors can access and download their 1099 forms online using a secure feature.

If your vendors don’t want to open an Intuit account, they can create a free QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account to access them. Another way around this is for you to print your 1099 and send it via mail or outside QuickBooks.
