Attachments become unattached when linking to doc center

I understand what you feel when you're unable to attach those attachments in the document center, @GlobalOne.

I'm here to provide some troubleshooting steps for this kind of issue in the QuickBooks Document Center. 

When you're having trouble attaching documents from your Doc Center to transactions, customers, accounts, or others in your company file, follow the process below:

1. Browse to the location where your company file is stored.
2. Default location: C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Intuit\QuickBooks\Company Files
3. Make a new Attach folder and rename the Attach folder by adding "_OLD" to it.
4. Then, create a new folder and name it Attach.
5. Copy the contents from the old folder. Once done, create a folder that matches the name of the company file in the new Attach folder.
6. Create new sub-folders named Inbox and TXN.
7. Copy and paste contents over to respective new folders from their old counterparts.
8. From the QuickBooks Company menu, select Documents then Repair Attached Documents Links.
9. Click Repair Links.
