Balance in COA differs from register

Using Accountant Desktop 2020. Just today I downloaded new transactions in Bank feeds.. All but one matched with existing entries and I added the other one. Now the account balance in the register is different than the account balance in my chart of accounts. The difference is an odd amount that doesn't match to any transaction. It has me totally perplexed as to how this could happen. Any suggestions on where to look would be appreciated.

BTW, I'm a former pro-advisor, semi-retired, who has been using QB for 20+ years. Never saw this before.

Did a data rebuild and verify and that fixed the problem.
