Bank feeds is finding a matching pdf, I can't find where this pdf is coming from? I check the attachments list and the expense list but can't seem to find. The file starts with 2024-12-13_Ni.pdf  I tried sorting the attachments list in alpha order and don't see any entry for this under attachments. I have no clue where this is coming from.

Once you connect your account, QuickBooks Online (QBO) suggests matching transactions you've already created in the program. All you need to do is approve this if it's correct. Since you see a matching pdf file, can you share it with us? This way, we can check it to help you find a solution.

To properly categorize your downloaded transactions, let's perform a manual match. Here's how to do it:

  1. Navigate to the Transactions section and click on bank Transactions.
  2. In the For Review tab, choose the transaction that you would like to match.
  3. Select Find other matches.
  4. Filter out the date to locate the transaction more easily.

I will provide a detailed article for additional information on matching and reviewing transactions in QuickBooks Online: Match Online Bank Transactions in QuickBooks Online.

If QuickBooks does not identify a suitable match or suggests an incorrect one while you're reviewing transactions in the For Review tab, there's no need to worry. Follow these steps to either locate the correct match or create a new record if an appropriate match does not exist: Fix bank transactions downloaded transactions in QBO.
