Bank transactions error

Does anyone else have TD banking? ive keep having an issue where it keeps giving me a 4009 and telling me it can't pull any transactions. my transactions for January have always been missing, but when I first made the account and uploaded receipts, it found the transactions and matched them.  but when I search it can't show anything. This keeps happening every week I go to find transactions. when i reached out to customer service they asked for my login and password.  Now it's giving me the 4009, but it can't show me any transactions. if you had this happen what did you do to fix it?

Upon checking, our product engineers have recently been in contact with TD Banking and have successfully unblocked all account types. To begin receiving downloaded transactions again, you will need to disconnect and then reconnect your account.

 

Here's how to disconnect an account in QuickBooks:

 

  1. On the left navigation panel, go to Transactions.
  2. On the Bank transactions tab, select the tile for the bank account.
  3. Click the pencil icon, and then Edit account info.
  4. Press Disconnect this account on save checkbox.
  5. Hit Save and Close.
