Bill.com resync issue

I need to disconnect our Bill.com app and reconnect it as it's not syncing currently. This is the direction Bill.com gave us. I'm the company's primary admin but when I go to the app it says that someone else set up the connection so I need to contact admin. ...but I am the admin. Can you help?

Since you're unsure who the listed admin for the app would be, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to see if ownership of the app has been assigned to someone else. Our team can review your account in a secure environment and see all third party apps and their assigned owners (aka admins). 

 

Once you find out whom the owner is, our team can assist with changing it. Or you can use the steps in the help guide I've included below to swap ownership.
