Bill To field not displaying in QB Mobile Estimates

We are mobile so use the QB online mobile app a lot to create and send estimates. A new bug we see is that the customer name (Bill To field) is not on the estimates. But it does show up if we generate one on QB online browser. We need this to work properly on the app to do business. See photo below.

Thanks for sharing your concern here in the Community, Zenkiag. I'll help you display the customer name field on your estimate by performing some troubleshooting steps in the QuickBooks Online Mobile App.

 

When we refresh data in the QBO mobile app, it retrieves the most up-to-date information, such as transactions, customer details, and financial reports, from the QBO servers, allowing you to view the latest data on your mobile device and show the keyboard on the phone screen.

 

Follow these steps:

 

iOS

 

  1. Navigate to the Menu or Hamburger icon and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Choose the Refresh Data.
  3. Note: A message appears Caution.
  4. Tap Refresh to confirm.

 

Android

 

  1. Go to Menu, and tap More Options.
  2. Press Settings, and click the Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

 

In your Phone Settings: 

 

  1. From your phone's settings, tap Apps (varies by device).
  2. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list and select Storage.
  3. Select clear data.
