bug report: "Reminders Edit" shows up in each create new invoice but the function is not per invoice

When you create a new invoice, there is a "Reminders Edit" with a clock icon to the left of it that shows up in the create new invoice. It links to the auto-invoice reminders for ALL customers, not the individual customer for the new invoice that is being created. Since auto-invoice reminders is for ALL customers, there is no need to have this "Reminder's Edit" option in the create new invoice. It is an annoyance because it takes more time to load the form with this. The "Reminder's Edit" option needs to be removed from the Create Invoice. There is no reason for it to be in the create new invoice. This is a bug. I hope someone from QB can open a dev ticket to have this removed.

Thank you for posting here in the Community space. I'm here to share information about the option when creating a new invoice in QuickBooks Online.

 

I know how important it is to navigate the program seamlessly without issues. Please know our product engineers provide updates regularly to improve the features and options, including reminders.

I recommend sending feedback about it directly to our engineers. We also make changes and adjustments based on user feedback.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Feedback under Profile.
  3. Share your feedback.
  4. Hit Next to submit.

 

Also, when reminders are enabled, you can edit your reminder message. For your reference about the feature, check out this link: Send invoice reminders automatically or manually in QuickBooks Online.
