I'm here to help you out, elVIII.

Let's perform some steps to isolate this. Sometimes your browser stores old data that causes unexpected behavior in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Opening your company using incognito mode allows you to browse without storing internet history and cookies. Follow these steps to bring up a private browser.

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl Shift N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl Shift P
  • For Safari browser: Command Shift N

If that works, clearing the cache will help the browser to fetch the latest version of the webpage and faster browsing experience: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues. Alternatively, we can use other supported browsers

Here's how to add total business miles:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Vehicle info under Taxes.
  3. Choose your vehicle. Then, select the Tax year from the drop-down.
  4. Under Tax info, click the radio button By entering the total miles driven. You can also enter the correct total miles, which includes personal.

I've also added these references for more information about Mileage:
