Call succeed but payload is empty?

I've reviewed our open investigations, but didn't see any associated with this problem. With that being said, let's try a few troubleshooting steps to help resolve the problem: 

• Clear your browser's history
• Sign out of QBO and then back in
• Turn your device off and then back on
