Hello there, Pamela. I see you want to switch your budget from consolidated to subdivided in QuickBooks Online. Although there's no direct way to change it, you can easily achieve this by setting up a new subdivided budget. Let me walk you through the steps to get this done.

  1. Click the Gear icon located at the top right corner.
  2. Under the Tools column, select Budgeting.
  3. Click the Create Budget button.
  4. Select Subdivided and choose the desired subdivision type (e.g., by class or location).

I'll add this supplementary article to help you manage your budgets effectively: Create budgets in QuickBooks Online.
