You can add a discount to your invoice by enabling it in the Account and settings in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, data.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then click Account and settings.
  2. Select the Sales tab.
  3. In the Sale form content section, hit the Edit icon.
  4. Turn on Discount, then select Save and click Done.

Please also note that in QBO, changing the word Discount to Commission isn't possible. In the meantime, I recommend sending feedback to our Product Engineers. This way, they can review your suggestion and consider adding it in future updates.

Here's how:

  1. Select the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
  2. Type in your product suggestions.
  3. Select Next to submit.
