Can a quantity column be added to a bill?

quantity column is there by default when you create a bill in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

 

If you can't see the quantity column, you'll need to turn on the Item details table. I'll guide you on how.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and settings.
  3. On the Expenses tab, click the Bills and expenses section.
  4. Toggle the Show Items table on expense and purchase forms to turn it on. You can see the screenshot below for your reference.
  5. Click Save, then Done.
