Trying to print a monthly check register from QB Online - is that possible?

Yes, it is possible to print a monthly check register and I'm glad to help you on how to perform it.

 

We can run a quick report. Then, customize the date before printing. Here's how:

 

  1. From the Transactions, select Chart of accounts.
  2. Look for the account where your checks are placed.
  3. When the account shows. Click the dropdown icon beside the View register in the Action column. Pick Run report.
  4. Tap the Report period. Look for Custom dates, then enter the date in the From and To fields to make it monthly.
  5. You can also select an Accounting method.
  6. Click the Export/Print dropdown, and pick Print/Save as PDF.
  7. Choose an Orientation. It's optional to tick the Repeat header and Smart page break.
  8. Once done, click Print.
