Can bills or expenses be automatically matched to downloaded bank transactions in quickbooks online?

Currently, the option to import receipts directly and match them automatically is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

These suggestions hold significant potential for enhancing the program, and I will duly record them as valuable feedback aimed at enhancing your QuickBooks experience.

Furthermore, I'd suggest sending your request to our development team. This increases the likelihood of these suggestions being considered for future updates. Here's how:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top and click Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Rest assured, your input plays a crucial role in informing our Product Development team and contributing to the continual improvement of your QuickBooks Online experience. You can monitor the progress of your feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.

For now, you can automatically confirm transactions this rule applies to the option that is enabled in your bank rules.

To ensure that this gets sorted out, I suggest making the feature disabled. Let me guide you through the steps on how:
 

1. In your QBO account, go to the Banking tab, then select Rules.
2. On the Rules page, select a rule, then click on Edit.
3. At the bottom part of the page, disable the Automatically confirm transactions this rule applies to option.
4. Once ready, click on Save.
