Can a deleted expense be viewed or recovered?

We're unable to recover the deleted expense, @MaBehr. Don't worry, we can still view it through the audit log and I'll be here to show you how.

 

As of now, there isn't a way to recover transactions that have been deleted. To take a look of it, let's follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to Settings and select Audit Log.
  2. From the Filter ▼ dropdown menu, select the appropriate user, date, and event(s).
  3. Select Apply.
  4. Locate the deleted expense transaction.
  5. Under the History column, select View.
  6. All the information needed for the transaction can be found under the Event column.
