Can I clean up default drop down choices?

I'd be glad to help you clean up your Product/Service in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Yes, you can tidy up the items or services in the product and services section. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Left navigation panel, and select Customers.
2. Look for the specific Estimate that you want to clean up.
3. Select Edit.
4. Find the Product/Services that you want to delete,
5. Click the Trash/Garbage Icon beside the Amount.
6. Select Save.

However, if you want to delete a product/service, you'll have to make the item inactive.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear Icon.
2. Select Products and services, under the lists section.
3. Look for the specific product and services, and click the drop-down icon beside the Edit button.
4. Select Make inactive.
5. Click Yes, to make it inactive.
