Can I have QBO service print and mail a check that I am using to refund a customer credit memo? I can print a check for a vendor using the bill and schedule a payment opt

I know how to create a bill for a vendor and then schedule a payment, and have Quickbooks Online print and mail a check for me. I have a customer who paid me when they did not need to, and I have created a credit memo on their account. I would like to have Quickbooks Online print and send a check to the customer for me.

Currently, there is no direct way to print and then mail a check. However, you can personally handle mailing it to your customer, Kim.

 

You may also want to check for a third party service or app that allows you to print and send the check.

 

I've also added this link about reports with vendors in QuickBooks Online: Run a report with vendor totals. This way, you can filter the information you want to show in the report window.
