Question

Can I input bills individually as they all just add together and remove the individual dates and bill numbers from previous bill?

Hi. When I enter a bill and then save it, I enter another bill for the same supplier it goes onto a second line. It then removes the bill date number for the previous line and adds it as an other line with the new billing information. How can I keep each bill separate basically?

I'm glad to have you here in the community. Allow me to help you in what we can do to make a separate bill.

You may have clicked the "Do you want to prefill this bill and overwrite your entries using values from this contract's last bill? a Yes. That is why when you enter a second bill, the first item of the first bill you created will appear. With this, we can delete the first item of your current bill to separate them. Rest assured, this won't affect your first bill.

Here's an example:

Furthermore, you can check this article if you have yet to pay for the bill: Record payments towards bills.
