Can I print a budget that I have created in QB?

I need to print a copy for our 2023 budget but can't get it to print correctly. Any suggestions? It won't let me save as a pdf which would be easy to print.

Yes, you can easily print the budget you've created in QuickBooks Online (QBO), haven. I'd be glad to walk you through the process.

 

Since you've already created your budget for 2023, we can go to the Budgeting page directly. To guide you further, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and click Budgeting.
  2. Find your budget on the list.
  3. In the Action column, select the Edit dropdown, then choose either Run Budget Overview report or Run Budgets vs. Actuals report.
  4. From the reports page, click the Export icon and choose whether to Export to Excel or Export to PDF.
