Can I print out a customer list by year?

I can share how you can print a customer list in QuickBooks Online, dawn011.

Printing out a customer list by year is currently unavailable within the program. However, you can run the Customer Contact List report and filter the date to display the information needed. I'll show you how:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Enter the Customer Contact List in the Search field.
3. Select the Switch to classic view option.
4. Click on the Customize button.
5. Hit the Filter dropdown button.
6. Check the Created Date box, then choose Custom.
7. Filter the date, then tap on Run report.
8. Hit the small Gear icon in the report.
9. Click on the Create Date checkbox.

You can then export the report to Microsoft Excel, filter it by year, and print it outside QuickBooks.
