Can I remove our bank name from being printed on the check stubs?

It isn't currently possible to remove the bank name from check stubs in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'm here to provide further details about this. 

Since bank names are pre-printed from checks ordered from Intuit Market, it isn't possible to remove them from the check stubs in QBO. Also, customizing checks on pre-printed forms only includes personalizing the check. For more info, refer to this link: Custom Checks and Supplies With Business Logos. 

Since a check stub is part of a check kept by the payee, please know that bank names on check stubs help both the payor and the payee for reference and tracking, ensuring that payments are processed through the correct banking channels.

I'd still encourage sending feedback to our product engineers for this one since the software must accommodate various business needs. Your experience highlights where the software needs to improve. Here's how you can send your suggestions: 

1. In your QBO account, go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
