Hello there, bob-miller. Welcome to the Community forum. Allow me to provide some information regarding this matter.

When sending an invoice to a customer in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can use your company email or a different email address.

Meanwhile, the option to use your Outlook email in QBO is unavailable. As a workaround, you can download the invoice. Then, use your Outlook to attach the invoice file, and send it to your customer.

Here's how:

  1. On the Sales tab, select Invoices.
  2. Locate and open the invoice that you want to send.
  3. Click the Print or Preview, then hit Print or Preview.
  4. Choose Download and save the file to the computer.
  5. After that, you can now attach the invoice file to Outlook and send it to your customer.

On the other hand, you can populate the shipping address when creating an invoice by going to the + New icon and then selecting Invoice. On the Invoice page, choose your customer on the Customer dropdown. After that, you'll then have the option to enter and modify the shipping information on the Bill toShip toShip Via.

However, if you're referring to QuickBooks Shipping Manager, this is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. As an alternative, you can connect a third-party app that supports this functionality to operate your business seamlessly.

Furthermore, I'll add this article to help you personalize your sales forms in QuickBooks: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
