No. You may consider migrating your data to QB Online and convert it to QB Desktop. You can use the trial version to access your historical data for good. Then sign up for a new QBSP account and run the bank bank feeds to start from scratch.

Let us provide information about moving your QuickBooks business account data to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), 2timmy13.

If you are trying to switch or migrate data from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to QBSE, we'll need to export your data from QBO. Then, set up a new company in QBSE and import your data into it.

Before switching to QBSE, we can cancel your current QBO subscription. It's important to export your chart of accounts, products and services, reports, customers, and vendors into Excel to retain access to your company data following the cancellation. Here's what to do:

  1. Log into your QBO account.
  2. Go to Settings and click Export data.
  3. On the Reports tab, set the date range.
  4. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by turning the switch on or off.
  5. Press Export to Excel.

For more details about the process, check out this article: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.

Once exported, cancel your QBO subscription by following the steps in this article: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial. Then, go to this link to create your QBSE account: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/self-employed/#pricing.
