Can Not Log in to Quickbooks Online

Getting this message when trying to log in and Intuit has been no help.

I can get access on my I-pad App and Phone, but not on a computer with a web browser (Microsoft, google)

 

Can't run my business without access to my QuickBooks online 

I have attached a screen shot of the message

Let's work together to figure out why you can't log in to QuickBooks Online (QBO) with a web browser, @bhileman.

 

To begin with, can you please tell us the message you're receiving when trying to log in? Any screenshots you may have can help us provide the best solution.

 

In the meantime, you can open an incognito or private browser when logging into your QBO account, as this can help bypass issues related to corrupted or outdated data. I'll share these shortcuts for opening a private window in different browsers:
 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Once done, let's make sure to login using the same credentials as those you use in the mobile app. If it works, kindly clear your browser's cache to eliminate old data. You can also consider using other devices and supported browsers for optimal functionality.
