can not type in password when opening company
What is happening
After I leave quick books open for a while it will lock me out, not allow me to type in my password. That area is grey.
If I sign out of my computer then reopen QB it will then allow me to type in my password
This is happening all different times of the day. I have narrowed it down and I believe it is happening after it is doing the daily updates.
I have tried closing all other back up programs and closed all other programs and it still happens, I also have paid my tech to look at other possibilities and we can find nothing. All my other programs are working fine.
I have gone on line with the online bot person and worked through all the suggestion they have had and done those updates.
I also talked to Pritam at [removed] he looked at my log and seen the errors when is closes down. He told I had to pay $499 for the silver plan or $799 for the Platnium plan for support.
I just purchased this in January after getting a new computer. I had QB on my older computer and never had any issues. I am finding if frustrating that having paid for the program that it is not working correctly. If I do what I need to do on QB then close it out. I have no issues.
