What are the options for a small business 1 user, 5 employees to replace desktop premier contractor 2020?  Is there a Desktop Premier Contractor 2023?

Yes, you can purchase QuickBooks Desktop Premier 2023. I'll guide you through the steps.

 

Since you already have QuickBooks Desktop, you can upgrade it to the 2023 version. Then, toggle the edition to Premier Contractor Edition.

 

Here's how to upgrade:

 

  1. From the Help menu, select Upgrade QuickBooks.
  2. Select the version you want to upgrade to, then select Upgrade Now.
  3. You can keep a copy of your current version of QuickBooks. Select Keep old version on my computer, then select Let's go.

 

Then, here's how to choose a different edition:

 

  1. Click the File menu.
  2. Select Toggle to Another Edition.
  3. Select Premier Contractor Edition.
  4. Click Next, and then Toggle.
