Can someone tell me how to fix the issue of my bold print having lines through the text?

Where do you see the bold print with lines in QuickBooks Online (QBO)? Is this happening with all transactions? I'd appreciate it if you could send me a screenshot of the issue (visual reference). Just be sure to gray out any personal information.

I would also like to know the answer. it has been an issue for several years.  We have just accepted it as a program error.

Could you further elaborate on the issue you're having with printing transactions? Are you trying to print a check or payroll forms? We would appreciate any information or screenshots you can give us to help us locate the problem.

I was just told by Quickbooks helpdesk that it was a problem with my computer and.pdf reader.  After many, many attempts at changing different templates and formats, I was able to switch the font and the lines went away.  I am currently using Times New Roman and there are no lines on the bold text.
