Can't choose account when bringing in transactions

Is anyone else having an issue where the dropdown isn't working to choose the account when manually bringing in transactions from the bank?

When importing bank transactions to QuickBooks Online (QBO), there are a few things to keep in mind to ensure a successful import. Firstly, you need to make sure that you're importing transactions to an active bank or credit card account. Secondly, ensure that you have an active QBO account. If you meet these criteria but still can't use the dropdown, we might need to troubleshoot your browser.

 

To troubleshoot, we'll access your QBO account using a private browser. This will ensure we can access your account without using any stored data that can cause browser-related issues. Doing so lets us confirm if your accounts' dropdown menu is experiencing any problems.

 

Depending on the browser you're using, you can use these keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:

Once you're in the private browser, try to import a transaction and see if the dropdown works. If it does, switch to a regular browser and clear its cache. This will restore the default settings and allow you to use the dropdown properly.

 

You can also use other supported web engines if you encounter further issues. Download and install the recommended web engine, and then try opening the program.
