Can't file 1099, not going to 'file'

Screen not taking me to file 1099's when I'm ready

Currently, there's an ongoing investigation (INV-96093) preparing 1099s that go to a blank screen when processing and preparing it. Let me route you to the best help possible. 

 

I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll Care Team so they can add you as one of the affected users of the said issue in preparing the 1099s. Once an update is available, you'll be notified through email. 

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Choose the Search icon. Then, select Contact Us.
  4. You can choose either Payroll or Ask about something else. Enter your concern and click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.

 

QuickBooks Online Payroll Core - Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, Premium, Elite - any time, any day. Except for closed holidays: 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
