To begin with, I recommend using private (or incognito) mode to verify if the issue is on our end.
Here's how:
For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N.
For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+P.
For Safari, press Command+Shift+N.
For Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
After using a private window, try opening the invoice again and see if it works. If there's no issue using a private window, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.
