Can't open attachments

I've attached some invoice to my customers, but I can't open them.

If you're having difficulty accessing the invoices attached to your customers, your browser may be blocking the content. Rest assured, I'm here to help.

 

To begin with, I recommend using private (or incognito) mode to verify if the issue is on our end.

 

Here's how:

  • For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N.
  • For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+P.
  • For Safari, press Command+Shift+N.
  • For Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.

After using a private window, try opening the invoice again and see if it works. If there's no issue using a private window, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.
