Can't pay for 1099''s

Quickbooks is telling us they have a glitch in accepting our payment to produce the 1099's.  It is 1/30/24 and still no resolution.  I am at wits end. It's our first year using Quickbooks. They have no problem taking our monthly fee using the same source of payment.

Currently, we're investigating 1099 paying issues in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Please be assured that our engineers are working diligently to resolve this problem.

 

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team to be added to the list of affected users and receive updates on the investigation's status. Provide investigation number INV-98555 for expedited assistance.

 

Here's how. 

 

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Click on I still need a human.
  5. Tap Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose to Get a callback.
