Can't transfer between accounts after latest QuickBooks online update

Since the last update to my QuickBooks online a few days ago (beginning of Feb 2019) everything seemed to be working fine until I tried to transfer funds between my accounts. I have 2 companies on my QuickBooks and can perform all the usual functions except transfer between accounts. I select Transfer and enter the data but when I click on Save and Close the green circle keeps going and gets stuck indefinitely until I manage to exit QuickBooks. I've tried restarting QuickBooks and my MacBook Pro numerous times, even cleared out the browsing and downloads history and it still doesn't work. I have urgent reports to do and need help with this? Would really appreciate advice, thanks.

Ok that explains it; I am now living in the USA but my QuickBooks is registered in South Africa. The transfer problem has now been resolved and I can once again transfer between accounts, thanks for sorting out.

As I've checked my resources, there's a new report that some customers aren't able to save any Transfer entries. While we are still investigating the cause of it, we encourage you to please reach out to our phone support. They'll include you to our affect list of users. Then, we'll notify you once this is resolved via email. 

 

To reach us, please follow these steps:

  1. Select Help at the top right.
  2. Select Contact Us to connect with a live agent.

Thanks for your reply. I've tried numerous times to connect to a live agent for phone support but each time I select Contact Us it only gives the option of e-mail?

Hi there, Brends. 

 

If you're a QuickBooks Online international subscriber you only have an email option. However, if you are a US user you have a way to connect with a live agent. They are available every Monday - Friday 6 AM - 6 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) and on weekends they are only open on a Saturday 6 AM - 3 PM PST.

I need support on transferring funds between my Quickbooks online linked accounts. Why is it taking forever to be in the recipient account? Since 2 days ago that the transfer have been initiated, it is still yet to be in the bank balance from Quickbooks online balance. I'm in the dark and I really need support on what I need to do and why it is taking too long.
